  1. Copy & paste review about alva baby from diaperpin.com:

These diapers are phenomenal. The price is unbelievable and the quality is amazing. I have spent more money than I want to think about on BumGenius and FuzziBunz pockets and was never really all that happy with them. I ordered two Alva Baby pockets six months ago and I really wish I would have used them from the beginning! Every little thing I hate about BG's and FB's... AlvaBaby diapers improve upon. They are easy to stuff, adjust well, snap settings are perfect, waist and leg elastic is perfect... they are just plain great diapers. AND they come in countless super cute prints!

I have 2 Alva baby pocket diapers. I bought them originally as a backup in case we ran out of disposables, but now we have switched to cloth completely. These were the first diapers we bought, and my daughter actually asks if they have been washed yet so she can wear them again! The lining is still as white as the day we bought them. We have used the microfibre inserts, and we have used the Bummis prefolds as inserts in them, and they both work great. We double the microfiber for overnight, or just use 1 bummis prefold (trifolded) overnight. Only time it ever leaked was when she fell asleep watching a movie, and only had 1 microfiber insert in. If she had a bummis prefold, I'm sure it would have been fine, so user error. The only negative, is that they are quite bulky (minky usually is). I just have to let her adjustable waist on her pants out a notch or two with these. Overall, we like these!

I prefer the diapers with two rows of snaps to the type with one row of snaps. I also prefer their ""minky"" style diapers to the regular PUL style. They started fitting my son around 10-11 lbs on the smallest snap setting. He is now almost 5 months old, and we've moved up a row for rise, and they still fit really well. Personally, I do not like microfiber, so I've replaced the inserts with hemp. I only get leaks with user error (overstuffing, usually). I would definitely recommend these diapers, but be prepared to wait about 2-4 weeks (or even more if during the holiday season) to receive them in the mail.
